About Me

In mid November 1992, and after an atrocious pregnancy, I was pushed out into the world to become a citizen in a little country named Jordan in the Middle East. My mother resented her pregnancy with me so much so she made the decision to never have another child. According to myth, is it believed that a difficult pregnancy reflects a perilous life for the newly documented human.

Diplomatically Undiplomatic is the place where I share everyday absurdities of life in the Arab world from the perspective of a woman as well my stints of living in foreign yet not so foreign countries. I share poetry and journal entries in both Arabic and English.
